Introduction
What is it?
Street racing is typically an unsanctioned and illegal form of auto racing that occurs on a public road. Racing in the streets is considered an ancient hazard, as horse racing occurred on streets for centuries, and street racing in automobiles is likely as old as the automobile itself.
Development
There are many forms of illegal racing that occur on a nightly and daily basis around the world, with the most frequent occurrences of illegal racing involving automobiles and motorcycles. Drag racing is perhaps the most common and recognizable form of illegal racing. All that this form of racing requires is a straight stretch of road and two willing participants.
Conclusion
Running technique is the way each person executes the movements involved in the running gesture. A good running technique would be the ideal model that a runner can perform in the gait cycle from a biomechanical, motor and energetic point of view.
